Orion Ascent is the industry’s premier financial advisor conference. Our goal is to provide you with an unparalleled educational experience through advisor-led sessions and hands-on workshops and to foster meaningful connections among industry peers and partners — all while offering a dynamic environment filled with excellent food, entertainment, and networking opportunities.

No, it is not required. We will notify you when the full agenda is available so you can choose your sessions at that time.

We will host over 50 sessions, 30 speakers and 5 deep-dive workshops.

Yes. To determine if a particular session is eligible it will be indicated in the description.

You will be prompted to book your hotel when you register. On the final page of registration, you will see a prompt labeled "Request Hotel."

Once clicked, you will be taken to the Ascent room block at the Hyatt Regency where you can book accommodations at our negotiated rate of $289 + $5 Resort Fee/night + tax.

Yes! There is a link to book your hotel on the confirmation page of registration and in your registration confirmation email.

If you cancel prior to December 1, we will issue a $200 refund. Full refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

All receptions, dinners, breakfast, lunches and breaks during conference days.

Yes. A guest pass can be purchased for $599 at the time of registration. The pass permits the guest to gain entrance into the welcome reception on February 3 and the closing evening event on February 5, inclusive of entertainment, cocktails, and dinner.
